my kind of summer

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. The weather has been fantastic this week. Just the way I like it. Windows are open breeze is blowing ahh...
Went to physical therapy today...What a joke the "New" doctor sent me to learn how to walk with cruthches....After three years??? Hello is all I can say. The therapist was great and did a whole eval. and ultrasound treatment before calling the dr. to get better instructions. Then learned I was just there to see if I can use crutches after my surgery. What a hoot! She did teach me more stretching skills...
Hopefully I'll go there after surgery they were very nice.
Next time I'll get a pedicure first!

Shaver's are BACK!!! My sister Beth and her husband Rod and two girls Natalie & Francesca have retired from the Air Force and are moving to Blacksburg Va. near his family. They have lived in Italy for the past 6 yrs. Yeah family only 5 .5 hrs away!!!

Just got back from a N. Maine visit. We had a great time. The weather was beautiful 70's! and sunny. Celebrated my Dad's 70th B-day. Visited with Families and Locals and had some great Lobster :)
